Verified and beta
Every language works the same way. Topics, drafts, the quality gate, keyword research, rank tracking and delivery to WordPress are identical in all 32.
The difference is how much testing we've done. A verified language has passed our launch checklist: several real drafts written, an automatic check that each one is really in that language, normal quality-gate scores, and working keyword research and rank tracking for its countries. A beta language has passed the automatic checks on its first draft. In beta languages, read each article before you publish it — you are the native reviewer.
Every draft is checked for language. If the writer drifts into the wrong language — English instead of Polish, Simplified instead of Traditional Chinese — the draft fails the quality gate and is rewritten automatically.

What the country changes
The country you pick for a language decides three things: where keyword volumes and rankings come from, how your Search Console data is grouped, and how the article is written — British or American spelling, European or Brazilian Portuguese, the local currency, local examples. Prices of other companies' products stay in their original currency.
Don't see your language?
Catalan isn't available yet: there is no keyword data for it, so HitMind couldn't research topics. For any other language, tell us when you set up your site — under the language picker there's a "Don't see your language?" link. We add languages in order of demand.
