“Article” means approved. A piece counts the moment you approve it — whether or not delivery to your site has finished. Drafts, re-runs, edits and the ones you reject cost nothing — so let it try again. (We cap retries at 5 attempts per topic to keep this sustainable for everyone; after that it's flagged for a quick manual look.)
Every language counts the same. One approved article is one credit, whatever language it is written in — Japanese, Korean and Chinese included.
Reading is not metered at all. Audits, the fix list, Search Console data and the topic board are free on every plan, including the free one. A plan buys the doing.
How the quota works ↓Overage is always $0.
At the limit, we soft-pause — we never charge you for going over. Topics and drafts keep queuing (up to 2× your monthly quota); approving one for delivery waits until you upgrade or your next billing period starts. A human always clicks to upgrade — we never do it for you.
We don’t sell top-up packs or extra markets separately today. Need more articles or markets than your plan includes? Upgrading to a bigger plan is the only option right now.
What each plan actually includes
No asterisks, no tooltips. If a row reads unclear, that's a bug — tell us.

Keyword discovery. Each market gets its own keyword radar that continuously surfaces new topic ideas from live search data. We skip keywords we already scanned in the last 30 days — the data doesn’t move that fast — and if a market’s radar comes up empty two scans running, we pause it for two weeks, longer if it keeps coming up empty; giving HitMind a new direction restarts it right away. A quiet market doesn’t keep burning discovery credits for nothing.
Rank tracking — not in the app yet. Per-market keyword positions aren’t shown in the app yet, but on paid plans we already record them weekly in the background, so the history is there when it ships. Until then, the before/after numbers on each receipt come straight from your Search Console.
One approved article = one credit
Only pieces you approve touch the quota — drafts, edits, re-runs and rejected pieces don't.
Soft pause, never a surprise invoice
I keep queueing topics and stop delivering. Audits and receipts run on, and I never charge you for going over.
The money questions
Can I pay for this right now?
What do I get before I pay anything?
What happens to published articles if I cancel?
What if my card fails?
Will unused articles roll over?
Will you ever buy a top-up for me automatically?
Do you offer refunds?
Does the checkout price include VAT or sales tax?
Do you offer discounts for agencies?
What counts as a market?
Can I add more markets later?
Do articles in some languages use more credits?
Leaving is one click, not a phone call.
Every plan exits the same way. We want to keep customers with results, not lock-in.
